Emma, a former recruiter turned learning and development professional, strives to enhance and support recruitment businesses. Whether it be through sales and performance training, or management development, Emma’s business, Enhance, creates bespoke coaching programmes.

The Challenges

After years of neglecting an online presence, Emma was looking for a more consistent marketing approach to help improve her own visibility and develop Enhance’s reputation.

What We Did

Together, we devised a strategy that helped showcase Emma’s knowledge and explain the benefits that Enhance can bring to a business. As a result of an organised, streamlined and consistent approach, we saw impressive metrics. In the period from 30th April – 30th June 2024, we saw on LinkedIn:

  • 16077 impressions

  • 271 followers gained

In addition to a new social media approach, we also created a newsletter. Through the written content, I demonstrated Emma’s knowledge and understanding of business function, while showcasing the simple improvements that could be made to transform a business’ results. In the period from 29th May – 30th June 2024, we saw:

  • 658 newsletter subscribers

  • 961 views

  • 2596 impressions
