With a wealth of over 35 years sales experience and over 12 years in senior leadership roles, LM&R Ltd offers a distinctive perspective that explores the intricacies that make the sales department of a business effective and efficient.
The Challenges
Prior to launching the business, it was important to create corporate branding that made an impact on the market and fully represented LM&R’s mission and purpose. It was also vital to devise a cohesive marketing strategy that utilised both traditional and online methods to develop the brand’s reputation and ensure it was well prepared for a seamless launch.
What We Did
After creating the corporate branding, we created brochures and other marketing materials to fully explain the services available and the support on offer to businesses. In addition to developing the corporate brand, we developed the founder’s personal brand and helped create a more consistent and regular presence online. This in turn helped to effectively convey LM&R’s knowledge and experience, translating this to value for potential customers.
And Now?
9 months in, the business achieved 140% of its first year’s targets. We regularly review performance metrics for the social media and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure we are creating content that resonates with our audience and reflects LM&R’s experience and knowledge.
